  • Currently all sessions are held online, giving us the opportunity to work together wherever you are in the country.

  • Each session is €100 and we will spend 1 hour together. As a Registered Dietitian with CORU you may be entitled to cover via private health insurance. Otherwise the cost can be included in your health expenses for tax relief at the end of the year.

  • No, each session is booked individually as I believe each individual’s needs vary. However, I always recommend at least one follow-up appointment after the initial assessment in order to get the most benefit from the assessment.

  • Intuitive Eating is a framework that focuses on healing your relationship with food. It is a non-diet approach to health and nutrition that centres on awareness of one’s own body cues and learning to respond to them.

    Intuitive Eating is an example of weight-inclusive care, where weight and weight-loss are not considered indicative of health status.

  • Intuitive Eating is a weight-neutral approach, meaning weight and weight-loss are not focused on. Continuing to try and lose weight while trying to practise Intuitive Eating will be a barrier to truly healing your relationship with food.

    It is important to remember that Intuitive Eating is NOT a diet, even though it has recently begun to be advertised as such. We ask clients to put the idea of weight-loss on the back-burner while we examine the deeper roots of their relationship with food.

  • If you are in recovery from an eating disorder and are over 16 I would be delighted to work with you. Unfortunately at this time I am not seeing those who have active eating disorders or those who are under 16.
